IV, item 10, of the Day Island Yacht Club Moorage Agreement
States: A
Transfer Fee, calculated at the rate of $.50 per square foot
based upon the recorded berth size, shall be submitted to D.I.Y.C.,
addressed to the Port Commission, by the buying member, whenever
a berth is re-assigned to a member in good standing, either from
a sale or exchange of a boathouse. A
new moorage agreement will not be issued to the new assignee
until receipt of the transfer fee, and he/she will not be allowed
to take physical possession of the berth, until the moorage
transfer fee is paid to the club Berth
